1. Purpose and Acceptance

The website ctbp.org (the "Site") is operated by CTBP. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. As per Bill 96, you acknowledge that the French version was made available to you and you expressly choose to be bound by this English version.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Registration is restricted to individuals aged 14 or older. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and for all activities under your account.

3. Intellectual Property and User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, you grant CTBP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of the Site.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide fraudulent professional credentials.
• Use automated scripts (scraping) to collect data from the Site.
• Post defamatory, hateful, or obscene content.

5. Termination

CTBP reserves the right to suspend or delete your account for violations of these terms without prior notice.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Montreal.
